This 10 week course is about relaxing with awareness.
We’ll do some simple warm-ups excercises and a short breathing meditation and then explore Yin Yoga. In Yin Yoga we can relax into simple stretches for several minutes. Don’t be alarmed at that! With support from blankets and bolsters we can be comfortable as we relax into deep stretches that bring healing and release to the body and the mind.
Over the 10 weeks we’ll go through a variety of poses so you can deeply experience this powerful practice. No yoga experience is neccessary. Any reasonably healthy person can do this course. It isn’t neccessary to attend all 10 classes.
